HPLC法测定小儿柴芩灌肠剂中黄芩苷和绿原酸的含量
HPLC determination of barcalin and chlorogenic acid in Xiao'er Chaiqin enema
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To establish a determination of barcalin and chlorogenic acid in Xiao'er Chaiqin enema. Methods:The sample was analyzed on a WelchromTM C18 column with mobile phase consisting of methanol and 0.1％ phosphoric acid by gradient elution at the flow rate of 1.0 mL-min-1, and the wavelength set at 320 nm. Results: Barcalin in the range of 12.5-800 g.mL-1 was good linear relationship (r=0.9999), the average recovery was 98.85％ (RSD％=0.70％); Chlorogenic acid in the range of 7.25-400 g.mL-1 was good linear relationship (r=0.9998), the average recovery was 96.32％ (RSD％=0.94％).Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and can be used for the quality control of Xiao'er Chaiqin enema.关键词
