Abstract
Objective To establish a method for the determination of salidroside in Erzi Juhua granule. Method Agilent HC C18 column was used, the mobile phase consisted of HCN- 0.05％acetic acid(19∶81), the flow rate was 1.0 mL-min-1, the column temperature was 30℃, the UV detector was set at 275 nm. Calculate contents with external standard two-point method.Results The linear response range was 1.64-32.80 μg.ml-1 (r=0.9998).The average recovery of salidroside was 97.8％, RSD was 1.39％. Conclusions The assay demonstrated that the method was simple, accurate and repeatable, it can be applied in quantitative determination of salidroside in Erzi Juhua granule.关键词
