大黄黄连泻心汤、理中丸对幽门结扎型、醋酸涂抹型胃溃疡寒热证模型大鼠胃组织PGE2含量的影响
The Influence of Dahuang Huanglian Xiexin Decoction or Lizhong Pill on PGE2 Contents in Gastro - tissue on Gastric Ulcer Model Induced by Pylorus Deligation or Smearing Acetic Acid Combined with Cold or Heat Syndrome Rats

Abstract
Objective: To explore the forming mechanism of gastric ulcer model induced by pylorus deligation or smearing acetic acid combined with cold or heat syndrome. And to observe the basic mechanism of action and objective regularity of "formula - syndrome corresponding" of cold or heat formula on gastric ulcer model combined with cold or heat syndrome. Methods: Adopting cold or heat factors combined with pylorus deligation or smearing acetic acid methods to establish gastric ulcer model combined with cold and heat syndrome. Using euzymelinked immunosorbent assay to detect the PGE2 contents in tissues. Results:Compared with the blank group, the contents of PGE2 decrease remarkably in gastric ulcer model induced by pylorus deligation or smearing acetic acid combined with cold syndrome (P ＜0. 05 or P ＜0. 01 ). Compared with the gastric ulcer model induced by smearing acetic acid combined with heat syndrome and the gastric ulcer model induced by smearing acetic acid, the contents of PGE2 decrease remarkably in gastric ulcer model induced by smearing acetic acid combined with cold syndrome. (P ＜0. 05 or P ＜0. 01 ) Dahuang Huanglian Xiexin Decoction can increase the contents of PGE2 of heat - ulcer group obviously. Lizhong Pill can increase the contents of PGE2 of cold - ulcer group strikingly. (P ＜0. 05 or P ＜0. 01 ). Conclusions:On the basis of the theory of "formula - syndrome corresponding", verifying the success of duplicating "disease - syndrome combination model" , that is gastric ulcer model combined with cold and heat syndrome. The therapeutic action of Dahuang Huanglian Xiexin Decoction on heat - gastric ulcer, or Lizhong Pill on cold - gastric ulcer both can be achieved by influencing the contents of PGE2.关键词
