AB-8大孔树脂分离纯化积雪草总苷的工艺研究
The Study on Separation and Purification of Asiaticosides in Herba Centellae by AB -8 Macropere Resin
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To study the conditions and parameters of purifying total asiaticosides in Centella asiatica urban with AB - 8 macropere resin, such as the pH, density, flowrate, amount of the upper column lipuor, ethanol density and amount of the elution column etc. Method: HPLC was used to analyze the content asiaticoside and madecasmside in order to study the adsorption conditions and the effect of desorption. Result: The appropriate adsorption conditions were:concentration of extract 0. 2g·mL-1 ;pH6 ～7 ;flow rate 2BV·h-1. When the ethanol concentration was 50％ and the amount was 3BV,the effect of desorption was satisfactory. Conclusion:AB -8 macropere resin has a good effect on the adsorption and desorption of total asiaticosides in Centella asiatica urban.关键词
