摘要
Abstract
Objective To design a set of washing unit to avoid sharp touching of surgical instruments with each other, and to guarantee the quality of cleaning and disinfection of surgical instruments for sterilizing and supplying department in hospital. Methods The stainless steel bar was bent into a u-shaped frame, which could be added on a u-shaped frame support to make instruments can be put into this frame. According to surgical instruments size and different requirements, we designed three sets of u-shaped frames, which could be cooperated to use with three u-shaped frame supports. Results The use of U-shaped frame and support played a good role in cleaning thoroughly the water-insoluble contaminants on the surgical instruments, such as blood, pus and body fluids, Conclusion The use of U-shaped frame and support changes the insufficiency of the traditional inadequate cleaning method. It can also reduce labor intensity, improve work efficiency and is suitable for large scale using.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2011,32(3):35,37]关键词
