30 t axle load side frame is complex in structure, high requirement in quality with large deformation at both ends By analyzing the structural characteristics of casting, for resin sand production conditions the reasonable design on gatting, risering and chills and cores on the different version of casting and reasonable foundry parameter selection are conducted respectively So that the high quality side frame casting production is guaranteed.关键词
