龙血竭缓释滴丸的质量标准研究
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To establish the quality standard of sustained -release drop pills of Chinese Dragon's Blood. Method: Use the TLC method for qualitative identification. Loureirin B in Chinese Dragon's Blood was determined by an HPLC method. Results: The corresponding spots of samples were detected; Good linear relationship of Loureirin B was found from the range 0. 12 to 0. 96μ g. The average recovery of Loureirin B was 99. 09％ and RSD was 1.87％. Conclusion: The drop pills have obvious sustained -release effects and the method is reliable and accurate for the qualitative and quantitative analysis. It can be used for the quality control of sustained -release drop pills of Chinese Dragon's Blood.关键词
