摘要

Abstract

Vacuum differential pressure casting has the advantage of stable and adjustable filling,good filling performance and high quality castings, which is suitable for casting the products with high pressure resistive performance and small thickness. Concluded from plenty of experiments carrying out by self-designed vacuum differential pressure casting equipment, this paper presented the best process parameters for preparation of Tin-Bronze cover used under high pressure as follows:mold temperature=420 ℃, pouring temperature= 1180 ℃, filling pressure= 0.09 MPa, the holding pressure= 0.17 MPa, the filling time=13 s, rising pressure time=8 s, holding pressure time=25 min.
