摘要
Abstract
For the low accuracy of quality of service( QoS), this paper proposed a new semantic Web service selection and sorting model with QoS constraints, introduced IOWA operator, it made full use of service QoS historical information to predict the QoS attributes' value and distributes weight between issued and forecast value based on reputation degree of QoS attribute,after weighted sum, obtained the attribute' s overall predictive value. Finally, normalized these values and weighted sum, sorted the results. This method will be more accurate than one which sort only by provider' s issued value. It can be widely used in Web services selection and combination in web application systems. Experimental results confirm the validity of the method.关键词
