摘要

Abstract

The core of substation life cycle design is specific design and global optimization by using life cycle theory and method to integrate all design factors.The design system consists of function-economic value,environment value and usstainable development value.The system is materialized to eight objectives.The mapping model of substation life cycle cost is establed.The design is based on engineering breakdown structure(EBS) and object breakdown structure(OBS).The final design proposal is a harmonized and integrated result of sub-object and sub-engineering system design proposals.The method has been used in some substation design successfully.
