摘要

Abstract

Bed temperature control is important part of combustion adjusting of CFB boiler. Adjustment methods of bed temperature were ested and researched in a 300 MW CFB boiler manufactured by the Dongfang Boiler Group Co. Ltd. The characteristics of bed temperature and control methods were analyzed and tested covering the start, on-load and rated load conditions. The experiment results show that changing primary airflow and oilfeeding rate in primary air duct burner, along with discontinuous coal feeding are effective to control the bed temperature in start conditions; the bed temperature can be adjusted by changing air flow rate and coal feeding rate in the on-load condition; the coal distribution has an important effect on the bed temperature in rated load condition; the adjustment methods of bed temperature are limited in steady condition; the combustion proportion of dense zone, indicated by bed temperature. can be adjusted by changing the volume ratio of primary air to secondary air.
