摘要

Abstract

Vibration alarms frequently triggered at the wind speed of 10 to 14 m/s led to the wind turbine generator(WTG)shutdown or a wind farm.After inspection of the WTG, possibility of quality problems was eliminated.To clear the fault,a digital filter was added to the WTG control system to condition the generator speed signal.By feeding the filtered speed signal into the speed control loop,the fault was cleared as expected.Due to the independence of the signalconditioning module,WTG performances were not degraded at all.Field tests indicate that the modified control system can eliminate vibration alarms and improve WTG performances.
