维生素E琥珀酸酯对人鼻咽癌CNE2细胞增殖、凋亡影响的实验研究
STUDY ON THE EFFECT OF VITAMIN E SUCCINATE ON PROLIFERATION AND APOPTOSIS IN HUMAN NASOPHARYNGEAL CARCINOMA CELL LINE CNE2

Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of Vitamin E Succinate (VES) on nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line CNE2 in vitro. Methods: CNE2 cells were treaded with 5,10,20,40 mg/L concentrations of VES, the cell morphous,proliferation inhibition rate, apoptosis ratio and cell cycle status were detected by MTT, microscope, transmission election microscopy ( TEM), flow cytometry after 24,48,72 h; respectively. Results:The CNE2 proliferation was inhibited in a dose-and time-dependent manner and apoptosis was induced after treated by VES, and showed typical apoptosis characteristics in microscope and TEM. CNE2 cells showed G0/G1 phase blockage in a dose-dependent way 48 hours after the treatment of VES. Conclusion:VES could inhibit the proliferation of CNE2 cells in vitro and the mechanism may relate to its preventing the cell cycle in G0/G1 phase, and potential anti nasopharyngeal carcinoma.关键词
