超声指导胎儿脐带绕颈宫内复位治疗的应用价值
THE APPLICATION VALUE OF INTRAUTERINE DIAPLASTIC MEANS OF FETAL NUCHAL CIRCULAR UMBILICAL CORD GUIDED BY ULTRASONOGRAPHY

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application value of intrauterine diaplastic means of fetal nuchal circular umbilical cord guided by ultrasono graphy. Methods:A total of 182 single fetuses of intermediate and advanced stage with nuchal circular umbilical cord were divided randomly into intervention( n = 92) and control ( n ＝90) groups. The winding directions and tye of nuchal circular umbilical cord were judged correctly first on color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) and the cord blood flow vector. Corresponding decubitus were adopt in order to turn the fetal body over and reset the position of umbilical cord. Results:The sucess rate was 93.48％ (86/92) in the intervention group, and 57.78％ (52/90) in the control group(x2=31. 631, P ＝0. 000). The achievement ratio of intrauterine diaplastic means in intervention group was higher than that in control group. Conclusion:Our investigation indicates that the achievement ratio of the intrauterine diaplastic means of fetal nuchal circular umbilical cord guided by ultrasonography is high. It is very important for aristogenesis and scientific foster.关键词
