Development and Application of Counter Gravity Casting Equipment Technology

Abstract
Classification, application status and development trend of Counter Gravity Casting Equipment (CGCE) are introduced in detail in this paper. In the CGCE, the four column support type is suitable for metal mold, which is characterized by high productivity and high automation. And the pressure tank type is fit for sand mold, gypsum mold, precision mold casting shell, etc., which can be applied to the production of large, middle and small castings with different types. With the industrial control technology's development, the computer end PLC technology's application, the digital assembled valves preparation and the traditional control combined with fuzzy control technology, improve significantly the control precision and reliability of the pressure control system of CGCE.关键词
