摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the analgesic effects of compound capsule of oxycodone and acetaminophen on moderate and advanced cancer pain with MS Contin controlled-release tab.Methods Sixty-eight patients were randomly divided into two groups..Tylox group(group T, n = 34) and MS group(group M,n = 34).The analgesic effects and side effects were observed and recorded.Results Therapeutic effects were good in patients of both groups.There were no significant differences (P＞0.05) between group T and group M in the total effective rates especially in the moderate cancer pain allevation rate.But there were significant differences (P＜0.05) between group T and group M in side effects such as nausea,vomiting, constipation and urine retention.Conclusion Tylox is effective in the treatment of moderate and severe cancer pain.关键词
