Abstract
Objective: To clarify the effect, advantages and clinical value of gastrointestinal function testing markers for determination of the effect of gastric bowel function. Methods: 30 healthy individuals and 50 costive patient were given 10 grains of markers. Then abdominal X-ray examination was performed until the markers completely discharge so far. Results: Compared with healthy individuals, costive patient had the markers in colorectal tract significantly longer (P＜0.01). However, there was no significant difference between the 2 groups in staying time of the marker in the stomach and small intestine (P＞0.05). Conclusion: The use of gastrointestinal function checking markers has the advantages of clear images, accurate localization, reliable results. Therefore, it can be used to provide accurate data in costive patients.关键词
