摘要

Abstract

Through analyzing damage factors and mechanism of the modern digital medical equipment caused by high density, high-strength and multi-frequency electromagnetic waves released from complicated electromagnetic environment, the paper presented three system protection ideas aa follows: electromagnetic protection and shielding modification to motor room environment of delivery vehicle for modern digital medical equipment including medical shelter, medical ship, armored ambulance, medical train and so on. Through taking the state medical electrical equipment of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) requirements and testing standards as the minimum threshold value, we assessed selection of EMC ability of domestic and foreign digital medical equipment. After the real test in complicated electromagnetic environment, EMC requirements and military test standards the modern digital medical equipment adapted to complicated electromagnetic environment were presented; we indicated that the EMC should be used as a technical module of digital medical equipment to monitor the whole life cycle.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal, 2011 . 32 ( 3) : 108-110]
