大学新生自杀意念及其影响因素的现况调查
THE STATUS INVESTIGATION OF SUICIDE IDEATION AND IT' S INFLUENCING FAC- TORS IN COLLEGE FRESHMEN

Abstract
Objective.. To explore the relation among influencing factors such as suicide attitude in college freshmen with or without suicide ideation. Methods: A total of 500 college freshmen from Guangxi Medical University were investigated by using Suicide Attitude Questionnaire(QSA), Self-Esteem Scale(SES),Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire (SCSQ), Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS), Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS) and Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS). Results:About the suicide ideation was 29.07％ in college freshmen. Most college freshmen were in conflict or indifference to suicide in the opinion to suicide behavior and attitude to euthanasia (score between 2.5 to 3. 5), and in positive attitude to suicide, condone or understanding to person who committed suicide or attempt suicide, and their family members (score under 2.5). College freshmen, with high level of depression, anxiety and self-esteem, trended to be positive to the opinion to suicide behavior and the attitude to euthanasia, to be negative to family members of suicider, to get less total social support, subjective social support, objective social support and lower utilization of social support, and to apply more passive coping style than those without suicide ideation. Three fac tors, depression, passive coping style and total social support, impacted on the suicide ideation (B=4. 647,, 0. 609,-0. 048) by using Logistic regression analy sis. Conclusion: Suicide ideation was affected by the three important factors, depression, passive coping style and total social support.关键词
