摘要

Abstract

Objective To probe into the strategies of improving the serving of pharmacy windows. Methods Combining with the quality of the serving staffs in pharmacy windows and the related system construction, all kinds of factors influencing the window service quality are systematically analyzed. Results and Conclusion The adequate matching systems are the key factors improving the serving quality of pharmacy windows, including the rationalization of hospital environment setting, standardization of serving process, systematism of internal management,specialization of service team and informationization of service measures.
