摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the utilization of narcotics for inpatients and to evaluate the implementation status of Cancer Pain Three- Step Analgesic Ladder in our hospital. Methods We reviewed the consumption level of narcotics prescribed for inpatients in our hospital from 2007 to 2009 by applying Army No. 1 System. Results The defined daily dose (DDDs) of Pethidine Injection in our hospital was declined year by year, while that of Oxycodone Controlled Release Tablets and Fentanyl Transdermal Patch was increased yearly. The consumption of Fentanyl Injection in anesthesia was comparatively great. Conclusion It is reasonable for the use of narcotics in our hospital, and which is in well accordance with relevant principles, such as Principle of Narcotics and Psychotropics Administration and Cancer Pain Three- Step Analgesic Ladder recommended by WHO.关键词
