大鼠肝移植不同供肝切取技术对供肝质量的影响

Abstract
Objective To study the influence of different techniques for liver graft procurement on the quality of donor liver in rat with liver transplantation. Methods 120 SD rats were divided into 3 groups, the control group with standard liver procurement ( group A), the treatment group with rapid liver procurement ( group B), and the treatment with modified rapid liver procurement ( group C). Liver transplantations were performed for 20 pairs of rats in each group. The morphological change of liver after lavaging and the survival rate were observed during the operation and three weeks after operation. Results The operation time of procuring donor liver in group C was shorter than that in group A and B (P ＜ 0.05) and the survival rate after operation for three-week in group C was higher than that in group A (P ＜ 0.05). There was no erythrocyte in hepatic sinusoid of group C under the optical microscope compared to group A and group B. Conclusion The standard and rapid liver procurement method are suitable for the units in which model were established for a while. The modified rapid liver procurement method should be chosen to improve the quality of donor liver and the survival rates after operation.关键词
