摘要
Abstract
Although the hyperdynamic syndrome in cirrhosis reflects increased cardiac output and reduced systemic vascular resistance,it covers the imbalance between vasodilating and vasoconstricting forces which contributes to an abnormal distribution and infusion of blood volume in the vascular areas of organs.With the progression of the liver disease the abnormal circulation bears a significant relationship with the severity of the cirrhosis.This review summarizes the pathophysiology of organ circulation.关键词
