摘要
Abstract
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the leave of Paulownia tomentosa. Methods:The constituents were isolated by column chromatography and their struc- tures were elucidated through spectroscopic analysis. Results:The compounds were identified as apigenin( Ⅰ ) ,uteolin( Ⅱ ) ,homoeriodictyol( Ⅲ ),3α-hydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid( Ⅳ ) ,3β, 19α -dihydroxyurs-12en-28-oic acid(pomolic acid)( Ⅴ ) ,2α,3α-dihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid( Ⅵ ), ursolic acid( Ⅶ ) ,2α,3β-dihydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid ( maslinic acid) ( Ⅷ ), daucosterol ( Ⅸ ) ,β-sitosterol ( Ⅹ ). Conclusion: The compound Ⅰ ～ Ⅹ are obtained from the leave of Paulownia tomentosa(Thunb. )Steud for the first time.关键词
