基于ADS仿真的X波段二倍频器设计

摘要
Abstract
A X-band doubler, whose input frequency is 6. 1~6. 3 GHz, output frequency is 12. 2~12. 6 GHz and bandwidth is 400 MHz, is designed by imposing on the nonlinear characteristic of GaAsFET. On the basis of theoretic calculation,the optimization design of the iuput matching circuit, output matching circuit and parallel coupling bandpass filter are performed in combination with the microwave simulayion software ADS. The performance parameters of the doubler were obtained by relying on S parameter and harmonious balance simulation. The simulation result indicates that the design completely satisfy the request of performance index.关键词
