温肾胶囊对抑郁模型大鼠神经递质的影响
Effects of Wenshen Capsule on Neurotransmitter to Treat Rat Depression Model
摘要
Abstract
Objective: Observing the effect of Wenshen capsule on rat behavior and monoamine neurotransmitter in brain tissue.Methods: Dividing 60 SD female rats randomly into regular group, model group, Wenshen capsule low, medium, high dosages and PuYu group, Adopting chronic unexpected prevision stress model to duplicate depression rat model.Determining changes of rat weight and time of forcing swim; adopting ELISA to detect the content of monoamine neurotransmitter in brain cell of rats.Results: The weight that compared with model group, high dosage of Wenshen capsule increased accelerating ( P ＜ 0.05 ),swim time shortened obviously ( P ＜ 0.05 ); the content of cerebra1 monoamine neurotransmitter of 3 dosage of groups increased (P ＜ 0.05 or P ＜ 0.01 ).Conclusion: The Wenshen capsule has certain resisting depressed effect, whose mechanism may related to the increasing content of cerebral monoamine neurotransmitter.关键词
