针刺照海申脉治疗肝郁化火型失眠的疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of needling Zhaohai and Shenmai points to treat insomnia. Methods: 60 cases of such disease were divided into two groups by random number table. The treatment group were treated by needle therapy with Zhaohai and Shemai points, and the control group were treated by Traditional acupuncture points. Results: The separately rate of the cured total effective were 66. 7％ and 93. 3％ in the treatment group, while 40. 0％ and 83. 3％in the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups in the therapeutic effect (P＜0. 05). Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of needle therapy by Zhaohai and Shenmai points for treating insomnia is better than that by traditional acupuncture points.关键词
