大鼠酒精性脂肪肝两种建模方法的比较
Comparison of modelling methods in rats with chronic alcoholic fatty liver
摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare establishment of experimental model of chronic alcoholic fatty liver in rats by physiological path and ethanol intra gastric infusion. Methods The male SD rats were divided into three groups, namely control group, drinking alcohol group, ethanol intra gastric infusion group. ALT, AST, γ-GT activity were detected after 12 weeks, and observing the morphologic change of liver and intestines and stomach tissue in rats. Results After 12 weeks,The AST activity, γ-GT levels,liver indexes in drinking alcohol group were statistically different with that in ethanol intra gastric infusion group ( all P ＜ 0.05 ), in which local inflammation and necrosis were existed. There was no statistical significance in ALT, AST, γ-GT, liver indexes, and had statistical significance in gastric bowel bilges gas between drinking alcohol group and ethanol intra gastric infusion group (P ＜0.05). Conclusions The experimental animal model of chromic alcoholic fatty liver is succesfully established by ethanol intragastric infusion or drinking alcohol. The latter is more worthy of application.关键词
