亚甲蓝和纳米炭对子宫内膜癌前哨淋巴结的识别价值
Sentinel lymph node indentification with methylene blue and activated carbon particles in endometrial cancer

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the identification value of methylene blue and activated carbon suspension injection which was as lymph tracer to sentinel lymph nodes(SLN) in endometrial cancer.Methods Thirty-four patients with clinical stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ endometrial cancer treated with operation were enrolled in the study.The patients were separated to two groups randomly.Methylene blue dye and activated carbon suspension injectioo were injected into the uterine subserosa in different point, tracing the firat dyed node(SLN), then conducting hysterectomy and lymphadenectomy.Results Thirteen SLN cases were identified in blue dye group( 18 cases), sumping up to47, the rate of finding was 72％; the accurate rate of SLN biopsy was 100％, false negative rate was 0; two patienta had nodal metastases and had showed SLN.Among activated carbon group, the SLNs were identified in 12 cases, anounting to 47, the rates of finding was 75％; accuracy was 100 ％,fake negative rate was 0.One patient had nodal metastases and showed SLN.There was no significant difference between the two groups( P ＞0.05).No adverse reactions or injuries were found in the study.Conclusions Intraoperative SLN identification with methylene blue dye or activated carbon in endometrial cancer is feasible and safe.关键词
