温肺平喘颗粒联合固本温肺贴膏治疗支气管哮喘30例疗效观察
Treatment of Bronchial Asthma by Wenfei Pingchuan Granule on top of Guben Wenfei Plaster

Abstract
Objective:To observe efficacy of Wenfei Pingchuan Granule on top of Guben Wenfei Plaster on acute onset of bronchial asthma ( TCM pattern: cold wheezing ). Methods: Sixty patients with bronchial asthma were randomized to treatment group ( n= 30 ) and control group ( n= 30 ). In the 10 day treatment phase, the control group took inhaled budesonide inhalation and theophylline sustainedrelease tablets. The treatment group was given Wenfei Pingchuan Granule and Guben Wenfei Plaster. Primary end point included clinical efficacy, lung function FEV1％, ACT scores, and syndromes scores. Results: Total effective rate of treatment group equaled 93.3％,total effective rate of control group was 86.7％, no significant difference ( P ＞ 0. 05 ). After treatment both groups increased significantly with FEV1％, ACT scores and syndromes scores ( P ＜ 0. 05 ), The post-treatment FEV1％ , ACT scores were not significantly different between groups ( P ＞ 0. 05 ). Conclusion: Wenfei Pingchuan Granule on top of Guben Wenfei Plaster can treat acute onset of bronchial asthma and improve lung function.关键词
