摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the treatment reaction and effect of n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid on severe infectious patients.Methods Through randomized controlled study, 80 cases of severe infecteous patients were treated by parenternl nutrition therapy and performed monitoring of the corresponding inflammatory indexes. The experimental group was added n- 3 polyunsaturated fatty acids in intravenous nutritional solution. Results After 7 d treatment, the immunological and inflammatory indexes such as CRP, transferrin(TRF) and immunoglobulin(IgA, IgG, IgM) had significant difference between the experimental and control groups( P ＜ 0. 05). Conclusion n- 3 polyunsaturated fatty acid plays an active role for regulating the inflammatory reactions in severe infecteous patients.关键词
