Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy of noninvasive mechanical ventilation combined with naloxone in the treatment of acute respiratory failure. Methods 30 eligible patients with acute respiratory failure received relevant medical treatment. The efficacy of the therapy was observed, patient vital signs and blood gas analysis of the situation, and then the data for statistical analysis and correlation analysis. Results The total effective rate was 93.33% for noninvasive mechanical ventilation combined with naloxone in the treatment of acute respiratory failure, with a marked improvement in vital signs and blood gas analysis 72h after treatment ( P< 0.05 ). The vital signs and blood gas analysis were improved significantly at the completion of treatment, as compared with those at 72h after treatment. Conclusions Noninvasive mechanical ventilation combined with naloxone in the treatment of acute respiratory failure is feasible and effective.关键词
