中西医结合对慢性心力衰竭患者生命质量的影响
Effect of Intergrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Therapy on Quality of Life in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy on the quality of life in patients with chronic heart failure (CHF). Method Sixty CHF patients were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, with thirty cases in each. The western convention therapy was applied to the patients in control group, while the combination of western convention therapy with Tongyang Huoxue Formula was applied to the patients in treatment group. The Minnesota Living with Heart Failure Questionnaire (MLHFQ) and Medical Outcomes 36-Item Study Short-Form Health Survey (MOS SF-36) were analyzed after three weeks. And there was more than three months' follow-up. Results Both groups decreased the score of MLHFQ (P ＜0.01), and the treatment group was superior to the control group (P＜0.01). Both groups increased the score of MOS SF-36 (P＜0.01), and the treatment group was superior to the control group (P ＜0.05). And there was better prospective efficacy in treatment group than in control group. Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy is better than single western therapy in CHF, and Tongyang Huoxue Formula can significantly improve patients' quality of life, having better prospective efficacy.关键词
