分子标记检测棉田烟粉虱捕食性天敌种类的研究
Investigation on Species of Predators of Bemisia tabasi Gennadius in the Cotton Field by SCAR PCR
摘要
Abstract
[ Objective]ln order to investigate the species of predators who feed on Bemisia tabaci( Cennadius) in Xinjiang. [Method]by using SCAR primers : TB - F/TB - R 94585, all kinds of the cotton field of Turpan area of Xinjiang were collected to see if there was Bemisia tabaci Cennadius DNA contained in predators’ Suts. [ Result] The result shows that there were 19 species predators who fed on Bemisia tabaci Gennadius and they belong to 13 families, 7 orders. There were twelve species that haven ’ t been reported in China, they are Oenopis conglobara Linnaeus, Allothrombium sp, Coccinella sp, Scymnus sp, Ischiodon scuteuaris Fabricius. Phylinae sp. Deraeocoris punctulatus Fallen. Campylomma divrsicomis Reuter, Oxyopes sertalus L. Koch, Theridioa octomaculatum , Salticidae sp and Neoscona adianta Walckenaer. [ Condusion] By the method of molecular marking predators, simple, suitable suwey was conducted for pest predators in the field .关键词
