摘要

Abstract

[Objective]To study pesticide resistance mechanisms and resistant fitness of Tetranychus turkestan to Abamectin and Pyridaben. [Method]The resistant strains of T. turkestani to Abamectin and Pyridaben through indoor’ a breeding of the susceptible strain were selected under 28℃ conditions. And resistant fitnesa of T. turkestani by constructing the life table were studied. Research on pesticide resistance mechanisms were finished by the determination on several common detoxifying enzymes activity. [ Result] Development on the resistance to Abamectin was slow in the process of selecting resistant strains. Compared with the susceptible strain, both the two resistant strains have adverse effect in development duration, egg production and some other indicators, which is suggested in the study of resistant fitness. The research on pesticide resistance mechanisms shows that it is unconspicuous differemt between the three kinds of Tetranychus turkestan on CarE. There are different between S and PyR on the PLA, so PLA have effect on it. The effect of ACP、ALP、MFO and CST are all different between S and AbR. It showed that these enzymes are all detoxifcation of the Pyridaben . [ Conclusion] This research shows the resistance of Abamectin and Pyridaben were related to activity of detoxification enzymes. There are adverse effect on fitness of T. turkestan after the occurrence of resistance.
