Abstract
To discuss the theory of speculate external from internal and speculate internal from external through analysis of “internal”, “external”, “far” and “near”. It is discussed that speculate each other external and internal were the essence of syndrome differentiation. It is put forward that the key of speculating each other external and internal is understanding internal,and only by doing this could we prevent change and implement the thinking of “preventive treatment of disease”. And we should pay attention to pulse-taking which has great significance to thinking of weakening pulse-taking and speculating internal from external in clinical practice.关键词
