模拟高温过程对棉蚜存活率的影响
Effects of Different High Temperature on Survival Rate of the Cotton Aphid in Xinjiang
摘要
Abstract
[ Objective and Method]The experiments were conducted to assess the effects of high temperatures (32, 34, 36, 38, 40and 42℃), period of exposure (8 h) on survival rate of Aphis gossypii. [Result]The results showed that the survival rate of cotton Aphid decreased with increase of the temperature . There were no significant differences of the survival rate of Aphis gossypii between 32℃ and 36℃ , but the survival rate of Aphis gossypii decreased rapidly at 38℃ . Ihe survival rate of Aphis gossypii decreased to zero quickly at 40℃ and 42℃ . The LT50 of cotton aphids decreased with prolonging of expouring period . [Conclusion] the results showed that the LT50 of cotton aphid is 38 . 3 ℃ , which provided basis for the prediction and control of cotton aphid.关键词
