独角莲提取物对H22肝癌小鼠移植瘤bFGF表达影响的研究
The Study on the Expression of HORN LIAN to Angiogenic Factor bFGF in the Anti - tumor Effect on H22 Tumor - bearing Mice
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the expression of HORN LIAN to angiogenic factor bFGF in the anti -tumor effect on H22 tumor - bearing mice . Methods: To detect the expression of angiogenic factor bFGF in tumor -bearing mice with S -P immunohistochemical methods and to study the inhibitory action to tumor by observation of tumor tissue pathological changes with optical microscopy and transmission electron microscope. Results: The herb - serum including HORN LIAN has the anti - tumor effect on H22 tumor - bearing mice and it shows evident synergy and attenuation effect when it is used with Complex Prescription Cyclophosphamide and can inhibit the tumor angiogenesis by down regulation the expression of angiogenic factor bFGF in serum of tumor - bearing mice. Conclusion: HORN LIAN shows its anti - tumor effect by influencing the expression of angiogenesis correlation factor and inhibiting the tumor angiogenesis.关键词
