烟秆替代部分棉籽壳作培养基栽培真姬菇的效果
Effects of tobacco stalk as medium to partial substitute cottonseed hull in Hypsizigus marmoreus cultivation
摘要
Abstract
Growth, yield, biotransformation rate, and economic efficiency in Hypsizigus marmoreus cultivated in cottonseed hull medium partially substituted by tobacco stalk were studied. Results showed that: growth of mycelium was enhanced by using tobacco stalk with yield increased by 6. 1％-12.8％. Biotransformation rate of cultivation increased significantly with reduced cost. It was proven that using tobacco stalk to partially substitute cottonseed hull was a cost effective and environmentally friendly way in Hyspsizigus marmoreus cultivation.关键词
