摘要

Abstract

[Objective]The purpose of the research on the functional response of 1st, 2nd :3rd instar larvae of Chrysopa sinica Tjeder to predation of the eggs of Leptinotarsa decemlineata was to provide theoretical and practical basis for the application of natural enemy . [Method]By observation in field, reared and decermined the functional reactions in climatic chambers, the experimental results were fitted with Holling Ⅱ model patter and Holling Ⅲ new model separately. [ Result]The results of Holling Ⅱ model patter shows that the maximum predation capacity of 1st to 3rd instar larvae are 4. 856 1, 12. 858 0 and 33 . 679 2, the instantaneous attack rates are 1. 157 7, 1 . 149 9 and 1 . 338 4, the disposal time are 0 . 205 9 ,0 .077 8 and 0 . 029 7 respectively . The predacious ability increased strongly along with the larva growth, but the hunting effect decreased with the increasing of prey density. According to the results of HoUing III new model, the best hunting density of 1st to 3rd instar larvae are 2.643 2, 6.429 5 and 12 . 331 0 separately. The optimal ratios of Chrysopa sinica Tjeder larvae to Leptinotarsa decemlineata are 1 :3 , 1 : 6 and 1 : 12. This research results can be provided as a significant reference in the field control. [ Conclusion]It was indicated that Chrysopa sinica Tjeder is an effective insect predator to Ieptinotarsa decemlineata . The lacewing larva has potential value of biological control on Leptinotarsa decemlineata in practice in Xinjiang.
