摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effects and safety of using paroxetine and olanzapine to treat depression.Methods Selected 80 cases of patients with depression as studied object, and randomly divided them into experimental group and control group. Control group was treated with paroxetine; while experimental group was treated with paroxetine and olanzapine. Results (1) The efficiency rate and total effective rate in experimental group are significantly better than that in control group(x2=3.905, P < 0.05; x 2=4.507, P< 0.05 ). (2) There is no serious side-effect that happened in two groups, and the side-effect rates in two groups have no significant difference (x2=0.060, P > 0.05 ). Conclusions Using paroxetine and olanzapine to treat depression has better clinical effect, and the risk can be controlled, so it deserves to apply and prompt it on clinical work.关键词
