玫红穗状霉原生质体形成条件的研究
The Preparation Conditions of Spicellum roseum Protoplast
摘要
Abstract
The preparation conditions of Spicellum roseum protoplast including incubation time, enzyme system, enzymolysis time and osmotic stabilizer were studied. The optimal preparation conditions of S. roseum protoplast were 30 h mycelium growth, 10 mg/mL cellulase, 10 mg/mL snailase and 5 mg/mL lywallzyme ,3 h reaction at 30 ℃ and 0. 7 mol/L KCl as osmotic stabilizer.关键词
