真对数放大器SBM064在雷达中频接收机中的应用
Research on Radar IF Receiver Based on True Logarithmic Amplifier
摘要
Abstract
The SBM064 logarithmic amplifier is produced by the 24th Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation. The features of chip are small size, low power consumption and high accuracy. The chip operates from 20 MHz to 30 MHz, to 90dB of open loop Voltage gain ,3 μV ～90 mV of input Voltage, 10 mV 350 mV of output Voltage, 1 dB of logarithmic accuracy. This paper introduces the main character of the SBM064 and the typical application circuit. Then it gives an example of SBM064 using in the experimental system of Radar IF Receiver.关键词
