摘要

Abstract

Current-mode control DC/DC converter chip which used in the power system of correspondence electronic products such as mobile phone ,requires a high performance current-sensing-circuit. Based on CSMC 0.5mn BiCMOS Process Library,a high-precision current-sensing-circuit was designed. The designed circuit was simulated by using Cadence Spectre software, and the simulate result shows that the circuit-sensing-accuracy achieves 1 000:1, that is a high sampling accuracy. The circuit has good performance and it has been applied to a current-mode control DC/DC converter chip successfully.
