光纤接口DBF基带数据模拟器的设计与研制
Design and Realization of DBF Base-Band Data Simulator with Fiber Interface
摘要
Abstract
One fiber interface based simulator is introduced, which is used for simulating base-band echo signal of digital beam forming (DBF) radar system. This simulator can generate simulated base-band echo signals from all patches of DBF receive array,in order to verify the function and reliability of the DBF processor. Rocket IO IP core embedded in Virtex-5 FPGA is used and serial data is transmitted by user-defined frame format through fiber interface. These are many significant features in this simulator,such as huge data interaction bandwidth(32 Gbit/s),far transmission distance,low BER(bit error rate)and so on. Various kinds of targets' and interferers' echoes can be simulated according to the environment. The generated base-band echo signals are tested by the DBF processor,which verifies correctness and effectiveness of the simulator.关键词
