广西壮族IgA肾病与TCRCα-560C/T多态性的相关性研究
Association of IgA Nephropathy of Zhuang Nationality with TCRCα-560C/T Polymorphism
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study on the relationship between TCR-560C/T and polymorphism with susceptibility of IgA nephropathy of Zhuang nationality in Guangxi. Methods 115 cases with IgA nephropathy and 131 healthy controls of Guangxi Zhuang nationality were recruited. Genotypes of TCR-560C/T were analyzed by PCR-RFLP in 115 patients with IgA nephropathy and 131 controls. Results The frequencies of T TCR-560C/T gene genotypes CT,CC,TT in patients with IgA nephropathy were 46. 96％ ,23. 48％ ,29. 56％ ,respectively. The frequencies of alleles C and T were 46. 96％ and 53. 04％ ,respectively. The frequencies of TCR-560C/T gene genotypes CT,CC, TT were 47. 33％ ,25. 19％ ,27. 48％ in control group ,respectively. The frequencies of alleles C and T were 48. 85％ and 51. 15％ , respectively. The frequencies of TCR-560C/T genes genotypes in patients with IgA nephropathy were not significantly different from those in the controls( P ＞0. 05 ). The frequencies of alleles C and T were not significantly different( P ＞0. 05 )from those in the controls. Conclusion TCR-560C/T polymorphism may not association with IgA nephropathy of Zhuang nationality in Guangxi.关键词
