非小细胞肺癌患者Bcl-2蛋白的表达及意义
Expression of Bcl-2 Protein in Non-small Cell Lung Cancer and its Clinical Significance
摘要
Abstract
Objective To research the expression and significance of Bcl-2 protein in patients with non-small cell lung cancer( NSCLC ). Methods Expressions of Bcl-2 protein of 208 cases of NSCLC tumor tissues,150 cases of adjacent tissues and lung tissues 17 patients with benign lung disease were detected by tissue microarray and immunohistochemistry.Results Expressions of Bcl-2 protein in NSCLC tumor tissue were significantly higher than those in adjacent and benign lung tissues( P ＜0. 01 );The difference of Bcl-2 protein expression between different clinical stage and lymph node metastasis was significant( P ＜0. 05 ). Conclusion Bcl-2 protein which is highly expressed in NSCLC and associated with the development of NSCLC , so it can be used for early diagnosis of NSCLC. Bcl-2 protein is associated with the clinical stage and lymph node metastasis.关键词
