氯化两面针碱对斑马鱼胚胎心脏影响的初步研究
Effect of Nitidine Chloride on the Heart Development of Zebrafish Embryos

Abstract
Objective To study effects of different concentrations of nitidine chloride on the heart development of zebrafish embryos. Methods Zebrafish embryos of 48 hours post-fertilization( 48 hpf )were treated with nitidine chloride at vanous concentrations including 5 mg/L,3. 15 mg/L,2 mg/L,1.58 mg/L,1. 12 mg/L. The effects of nitidine chloride on the heart development at 60 hpf and 72 hpf were assessed under the microscope. Results Different concentrations of nitidine chloride could cause cardiotoxicity at 60 hpf and 72 hpf. Those embryos mainly showed cardiac arrest and heart hemorrhage when treated with 5 mg/L,3. 15 mg/L nitidine chloride , and caused the cardiac malformations when treated with 2 mg/L, 1. 58 mg/L, 1. 12 mg/L nitidine chloride. The heart rate of zebrafish embryos increased gradually with the increase of nitidine chloride concentration,but the cardiotoxicity did not increase significantly as the exposure time increased. Conclusion Nitidine chloride has cardiotoxicity on the heart development of zebrafish embryos.关键词
