小青龙汤治疗支气管哮喘急性发作期临床研究

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Xiaoqinglong decoction in treating the patients suffered from acute bronchial asthma. Methods Sixty patients of acute bronchial asthma were randomly divided into two groups, treated with Xiaoqinglong decoction combined with western medicine in treatment group and the western medicine only in control group. The integrated effect, the effective time, the change of symptom score, pulmonary function and the blood eosinophil count (EOS) were observed. Results There was significant difference of symptom score and EOS in treatment group between before and after treatment (P ＜0.05). There were significant difference of effective percentage, the effective time, symptom scores and EOS between the treatment group and control group after treatment (P＜0.05). Conclusion Xiaoqinglong decoction combined with western medicine is effective in treating acute bronchial asthma,especially in improving the symptom, pulmonary function and decreasing EOS, and is better than western medicine treatment only.关键词
