乳癖消治疗乳腺增生病随机对照试验的系统评价
Rupixiao for Treatment of Hyperplasia of Mammary Glands: A Systematic Review of Randomized Controlled Trials

Abstract
Objectives To assess the beneficial effect and safety of Rupixiao for hyperplasia of mammary glands. Methods Electronic search was conducted. Randomized controlled trials testing Rupixiao against placebo, adjuvant therapy, endocrine therapy, or combined with endocrine agents against endocrine agents alone were included. Selection of trials for inclusion, assessment of methodological quality by Jadad score, data extraction and data syntheses were conducted according to the Cochrane Hepato-Biliary Group methods. Results Thirteen randomized trials (involving 7010 patients) with various methodological quality were included. All of trials published in Chinese were of poor quality. The pooled results showed that Rupixiao combined with Tamoxifen was more effective in clinical efficacy rate compared with Tamoxifen alone. There was minor adverse effects reported in the trials regarding Rupixiao, but adverse effects were reported among patients by Tamoxifen with severe adverse effects occurred in few cases.Conclusions Rupixiao in this review appears to be effective on improving clinical symptoms and signs in patients with chronic hyperplasia of mammary glands. However, due to poor methodological quality in the majority of included trials, the potential benefit from several herbal medicines need to be confirmed in rigorous clinical trials, and the design and reporting of trials should follow international standards.关键词
